It is an interesting and meaningful way to travel with purpose and spend 2-3 weeks in a foreign environment. Our work camp Programs are made up of 8-15 people from different countries. They work together towards a certain aim, like building a house for a widow, constructing a new schoolroom or raising awareness about a certain topics, like HIV/AIDS. A short orientation session is given to the volunteers before the project begins to help them get acquainted with the project aims, the host organization, the local customs and culture.

Participating in aworkcamp program has many benefits. Working and living together with other volunteers from around the world provides an excellent opportunity to make many new friends, learn about unknown places and cultures, and gain new skills and experience while making a difference in areas where help is really needed.
